Sircle Yoga

Sircle Yoga incorporates meditative movements and connection of the body from the finger tips to the toes in stationary sequences which repeat and build to help move with intention, loosen up the body and prepare for the full Sircle Flow. If spinning and turning are uncomfortable than these are the sequences to begin with!
