Refund Policy

Our Commitment

At Sircle Yoga Dance, we strive to provide exceptional yoga and dance instruction. We understand that circumstances change, and we want to ensure you're satisfied with your experience. This Refund Policy explains our approach to refunds and cancellations.

Subscription Refunds

7-Day Free Trial

We offer a 7-day free trial for new subscribers. You can cancel anytime during the trial period without being charged. If you don't cancel before the trial ends, you'll be charged for your first billing cycle.

Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are charged on a recurring basis. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or our customer portal. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds will be issued for partial months
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next billing cycle

Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are charged once per year. If you cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase, you may be eligible for a full refund. After 14 days:

  • No refunds will be issued for the remainder of your subscription period
  • You will retain access until the end of your annual term
  • Your subscription will not renew for the next year

One-Time Purchase Refunds

Individual Lessons and Programs

One-time purchases of individual lessons or programs may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase if:

  • You have watched less than 25% of the content
  • You contact us with a valid reason for the refund request
  • Technical issues prevented you from accessing the content (we'll try to resolve the issue first)

After 7 days or if you've watched more than 25% of the content, no refunds will be issued.

Live Event Ticket Refunds

Online Live Classes (Zoom)

Refunds for online live class tickets are available under the following conditions:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 24 hours before the event
  • No refund if cancelled less than 24 hours before the event
  • Full refund if the event is cancelled by the instructor or Sircle Yoga Dance
  • Technical issues on our end that prevent you from joining will result in a full refund or credit toward a future class

Physical Workshops

For in-person workshops and events:

  • Full refund if cancelled more than 7 days before the event
  • 50% refund if cancelled 3-7 days before the event
  • No refund if cancelled less than 3 days before the event
  • Full refund if the event is cancelled by the organizer
  • No refund for no-shows

Merchandise Refunds

For physical merchandise purchased from our shop:

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of receiving the return

Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded at no additional cost to you.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Contact us at info@sircleyogadance.com with your order number and reason for the refund
  2. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days
  3. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method
  4. Refunds typically appear in your account within 5-10 business days

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds:

  • Gift cards and promotional credits
  • Digital downloads after they have been accessed
  • Completed courses or programs where you've watched more than 25% of the content
  • Late cancellations for events (see specific policies above)

Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing our content or services, please contact our support team first. We will work to resolve the issue before considering a refund. Common issues we can help with include:

  • Video playback problems
  • Login difficulties
  • Payment processing errors
  • Zoom connection issues for live classes

Fraudulent Activity

We reserve the right to deny refunds or cancel accounts if we detect fraudulent activity, abuse of our refund policy, or violations of our Terms of Service.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are typically processed within 5-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider's processing time.
