Sircle Yoga Dance provides an online platform for yoga, dance, and meditation classes, workshops, and other related content (the "Content"). We offer both on-demand video lessons and live interactive classes via Zoom.
You agree to use the Website and Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
The Content on the Website, including all choreography, sequence of movements, text, graphics, videos, audio, and other materials, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or publicly display any Content without the express written permission of Sircle Yoga Dance.
Practice Content shared online must be limited to less than 20 seconds of sequence choreography, or edited so that the exact sequence is not shared publicly. The only exception to this is 5 Elements sequence, which is publicly shared by the Website.
Video content is for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not download, record, or redistribute our video content.
Access to certain Content and Services requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) and are non-refundable except as required by law or as specified in our Refund Policy.
You authorize us to charge your payment method for all subscription fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription through your account settings or our customer portal.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes will apply to subsequent billing periods.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent activity.

Sircle Yoga Dance does not warrant that the Website or Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or virus-free. Though the best precautions are taken to ensure smooth operation, you understand that you use the Website and Services at your own risk.
Sircle Yoga Dance is not responsible for any injuries or damages you sustain as a result of using the Website or Services. You agree to consult with a healthcare professional before starting any new yoga or dance practice.
You also ensure your practice space is free of any hazards that may impact the freedom to move freely in the space. Participate at your own risk and within your personal capabilities.
In no event shall Sircle Yoga Dance be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your use of the Website or Services, even if Sircle Yoga Dance has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
