Water is insubstantial simply because we can’t hold it in our hands. It just slips through our fingers. Yet... it is powerful enough to break rocks, re-route rivers, and even extinguish the flames of the most intense fire. Water is life. Our bodies are made up of 60% of water, the world is made up of 71% of water. Which means when we understand water, we can influence it and embody the magic of this element. In this sequence we explore rain, splashes, rapids, and the *freshness of water*. In order to flow in water, we must first strengthen and then layer it with fluidity, which sets us up for a wonderful whirling experience.
