What is Sircle Yoga Dance?

SIRCLE YOGA DANCE is an energetic movement practice using a combination of breath, dance, yoga and meditation. It is a healing and transformative dance form where you dance from the inside out, empowering your energy and integrating your mind body and spirit. Through the flow practice we feel more connected, clear and expansive. Using a combination of Yoga, Dance and Qi Gong principles, Sircle takes you on a journey of meditation dance that deepens your energetic practice.
